I am a trauma-informed psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey toward healing, resilience, and post-traumatic growth. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches that prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment.
With a deep understanding of how trauma impacts the brain, body, and behavior, I work with clients to process difficult experiences in a way that honors their unique strengths and narratives. My therapeutic approach draws on empirically supported approaches tailored to uniquely individualized needs.
I draw from evidence based practices such as Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure to help reduce distress, reshape painful beliefs, and restore a sense of control. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to strengthen mindfulness, emotional regulation, and values-based living.
If you are feeling stuck, on edge, or disconnected after trauma, please know that recovery is possible. With the right support, you can begin to feel safe again, reconnect with yourself and others, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful, purposeful, and whole.
You’ve already taken a courageous first step by looking for help. I’d be honored to help.
