I have worked in addiction services, as well as mental health services and have worked with a myriad of persons dealing with a wide range of interpersonal, personal, and social issues.
I specialize in acute crisis situations and life transitions, with both adults and adolescents. I have experience working with both adults and adolescents in both substance use and mental health issues. I use techniques ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing, Solution-Focus Therapy, and some Eastern Medicine-based methods.
If you are looking for a comprehensive approach, I make it my goal to provide an empathetic, collaborative environment of learning and growth for us to get to know your barriers and how to overcome them.
