I'll work with you to understand & manage these intense emotions. To help you become more aware of your thought patterns & learn more effective ways of coping to improve your life. You are the expert on your life & have the answers within you, my competency is helping you to see & use these skills.
I am a Certified Telemental Healthcare Provider and Level II trained Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I am passionate about working within my own LGBTQIA+ community. Especially those struggling with gender identities, sexuallity, relational issues, HIV/AIDS, depression all unique to our community.
I provide a safe space for processing traumatic and painful emotions. Along with private feelings and thoughts that can be otherwise too challenging & overwhelming too manage alone. Together we'll work towards attainable goals that will enrich your life.
