Finding the right therapist can feel challenging, whether you’re looking for yourself, your child, or as a couple. I'm here to hold a welcoming, exploratory space where you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself and feel more confident. I specialize in working with kids, teens, couples, and the LGBTQ+ community. I have an accepting, collaborative approach. Through out work together, my clients learn to identify and express their emotions and develop healthy coping skills. As a result, their self esteem and communication improve and they feel less overwhelmed.
I help teens navigate family conflict and anxiety. When parents separate, a relative dies, or family dynamics shift, teens experience feelings of anger, grief, and anxiety about how their roles and relationships are changing. I use narrative therapy, attachment theory, somatics, and expressive arts to support teens to understand themselves and relationships.
I have training in Gottman Method and love working with couples I am also a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America and support people with working through the grief and anxiety that comes up around climate change. I am an associate clinical social worker at Santa Cruz Therapy Collective supervised by Sara Anderson, LCSW.

Free Pregnancy Support Circle - Online
This free pregnancy support group is hosted by the Circle Family Center and designed for birthing people in any stage of pregnancy. Connect with other pregnant folks while processing all of the emotions that come with growing your family. Dive into postpartum preparations, process fears and worries, and celebrate the beauty and excitement of this season. Please note: this is a casual, drop in support group and is NOT group therapy. We meet on zoom every Monday evening from 7:30-8:30pm.
