An ideal client is anyone that wants to understand their “why” and better themselves by first, validating their existence and purpose. I want to help people explore who they are, how to create work arounds and strategies for the things they struggle with and to teach them how to celebrate their very existence and reason.
I believe we learn (perceptions of) our truth at a young age. I believe we form our lives and existence around these truths. When we feel invaluable, or not “enough”, it comes from an unconscious place (our subconscious). 95% (or more) of our brain activity and decision making happens unconsciously or in our subconscious.
Our decision making is rooted in three unconscious ways. 1. The safety structures of our brain, to include threat and reward. 2. Somatic (body sensations where our brain reads our body’s state) 3. Predictive processing, which is when predict how you should feel in a given context. I can help you identify and reprogram your subconscious emotional patterns
