I work at ARC Counseling and Wellness online and in our California, Texas and Louisiana offices. I offer psychotherapy services to children, adults and families. My specialties include EMDR for treatment of trauma and PTSD. I am a certified EMDR therapist. I also specialize in treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorders, OCD, substance abuse and chemical dependency. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). I utilize play therapy when working with children. I provide crisis intervention and work with clients who have ongoing chronic medical conditions that cause emotional distress. I conduct supervision for Associate Social Workers for their professional license (LCSW). I offer Christian Counseling upon request.

I currently only do Telehealth through Zoom. I have no current plans to return to in person sessions. Telehealth allows me to see people from all parts of California. I specialize in the treatment of young adults and adults who have depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders. I also love working with college students, new parents and professional career counseling. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 11 years and I have been in private practice for 8 years.
