If your life feels diminished by chronic anxiety, panic, depression and just feeling out of place, I can help you. As a seasoned therapist, I will collaborate with you to shift from a life of limitations to one of choice and options. Using an integrative approach of IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic-Attachment and Relational Psychotherapy, our work will help you change your personal narrative to be aligned to who you want to be in the world in the present. You'll gain confidence and skills to support your emotional regulation and comfort in living in the present.
I am an IFS-Level 2 trained therapist. I collaborate with my clients to connect with their Parts in order to begin to understand the ways their Protectors have kept them safe and stuck. Unburdening the long-held beliefs/narratives that were once essential but no longer useful will facilitate healing and create more freedom and spaciousness.
I bring a high level of skill, creativity, curiosity and compassion to our work. I believe that good therapy is about healing and building long-lasting internal safety that allows you to show up in the world in way that truly represents your authentic self.
