My passions lie with individuals that suffer from PTSD and the effects of trauma. Once you identify the root cause of your symptoms, which can range from depression, panic and anxiety, nightmares or insomnia, even chronic health problems, you can truly begin to heal and grow. My favorite intervention is Seeking Safety which incorporates a set of skills to address the effects of PTSD as well as substance abuse.
