About
Currently accepting patients for Telehealth sessions and remote EMDR. Some limited availability. I've been blessed to be able to work in this field for over the last 24 years, 14 as a psychotherapist. Over that time I've been able to work with a myriad amount of problems, ranging from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, ADHD in both adults and children, as well as work with families in distress. I personally take great enjoyment in working with people with anxiety based difficulties, having had the greatest success with this population. I am now opening my work to include more people that have had traumas, big and small.
I start with a mindfullness centered approach along with CEBT and EMDR techniques to allow your brain to heal and solve the situations that you are placed in. I believe in being able to help you unlock solutions to the difficulties that life presents.
Born and raised in Baltimore City and with a great deal of compassion to all people struggling to find direction in life. My practice deals with being able to find the positives and strengths to your life and being able to apply your prior successes to the present day problems.
