They face the challenge of pausing to understand and address their internal needs, which can seem paradoxical. This conflict can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction with life. I find that developing trust and believing in yourself is of paramount importance. Genuinely building confidence is a sensitive process that is ultimately transformative.
I am committed to understanding and connecting with your experiences. With 20 years of practice in Buddhist Dharma, over a decade of clinical experience in various settings, and insights from existential psychology and psychodynamic theory, my approach is unique, personalized, and holistic.
