If you have experienced trauma, you may feel constantly on edge, disconnected from your body, or stuck in patterns that don't make sense- even when you are trying your best to move forward. Trauma can impact how you see yourself, trusting others, and how safe the world feels.
I specialize in working w adult women healing from childhood trauma, sexual abuse, Complex PTSD and attachment wounds. Many of the clients are high functioning on the outside but internally struggle with anxiety, shame,hyperviglance, or feeling "too much or too little."
My approach is trauma informed, relational, and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as somatic therapy, EMDR and parts work. Together we work at a pace that feel safe. You are always in control of the process. Therapy doesn't have to mean reliving everything- it can mean gently helping your nervous system process what it hasn't been able to before.
My style is warm, direct and collaborative. I believe healing happens in safe relationships-and therapy should feel like all parts are welcome.
