I will assist you in understanding what is getting in the way of living your best life, creating a non-judgmental and supportive space to discover your strengths and what is most important to you. My style is holistic, strength-based, person-centered, relational and intuitive. I'll help you to discover your inner resources by working together, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, breathwork and art-making. Sessions are individually tailored to meet your needs.
The key to healing is to explore old patterns that no longer serve you and create small changes that will bring about greater harmony and balance. We'll navigate this processing together.
