I have experience treating adults with grief and loss issues, coparenting and family issues, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, and parenting and life transitions including divorce, loss and employment. I utilize a strengths based approach combining family therapies, cognitive behavioral therapies including MBT, psychodynamic therapies including self psychology, mindfulness and solution focused brief therapy based upon the client’s goals. I apply ecological systems theory with individuals, couples and work and family systems to improve overall functioning.
