I specialize in working with women, with a special focus on maternal mental health and motherhood. This includes navigating change and transitions, family planning, fertility/infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, grief/loss, matrescence and identity development in motherhood, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders such as postpartum depression/anxiety/ptsd/ocd. If you feel overwhelmed, easily agitated, numb or disconnected from yourself, and if you are 'surviving' more than 'thriving'- you are not alone. I am here to support you in your journey toward greater well-being by offering a supportive space for growth and healing.
I believe that connection and relationship, both with self and others, are the foundation for long-term healing. I also believe that women are inherently resilient. As your counselor, we will work together to gently unpack the hurt and hardship while building a foundation of self-compassion, knowledge, and skills that will move you toward your goals.
