I specialize in trauma and couples therapy, supporting individuals and partners in healing from complex trauma. My work explores how interpersonal violence, racial, intergenerational, and attachment trauma shape the ways we love, connect, and find safety in ourselves and in relationship with others.
I use Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR to help clients see the body as a pathway to healing. With couples, I explore how trauma lives in the nervous system and shapes intimacy—how closeness can feel both safe and threatening—and guide partners to attune, regulate, and repair as a dyad.
Our work integrates psychoeducation, self- and co-regulation, inner child work, and exploration of conflict cycles and push–pull patterns rooted in attachment wounds. I offer a safe space to witness pain, deepen awareness, and practice new ways of relating that foster repair and healing.
