I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Certified Daring Way Facilitator, and Compassionate Bereavement Care Certified. I also have training in developmental trauma and near-death experience. These trainings provide me the skill set to help people with nervous system regulation, live with authenticity, and experience a deeper sense of aliveness.
