Desiring authenticity and connection that comes from inner healing. I work with clients who experience trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm / suicidal ideation, substance use disorders and more. I will walk with you as you work to connect with your true self. Empowering you to address the issues that brought you into therapy.

Licensed in South Carolina and Illinois with over 25 years of experience. Trauma treatment through Brainspotting, Cognitive Processing Therapy , and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trauma techniques, MI, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, and CBT are integrated to enhance healing potential. Positive therapy practices are utilized.

My style is supportive, positive, and compassionate. I believe that there is power in the words we use (in therapy and in life). I believe healing allows us to use different word to describe ourselves, others, and the world.
