Licensed in South Carolina and Illinois with over 25 years of experience. Trauma treatment through Brainspotting, Cognitive Processing Therapy , and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trauma techniques, MI, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness, and CBT are integrated to enhance healing potential. Positive therapy practices are utilized.

My style is supportive, positive, and compassionate. I believe that there is power in the words we use (in therapy and in life).
