I have a strong background in individual, family, couples, and group therapy. I specialize in using a person-centered approach and holistic therapies to help clients make and maintain positive life changes. I utilize traditional therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, but attempt to bring elements of holistic and complimentary healing into treatment whenever possible. I believe that body, mind, and spirit, as well as community and relational dynamics are inter-connected and deserve equal treatment focus.
