To me, therapy is a lot like detective work. My job isn't to provide answers, it's to help figure out the questions. If I can help clients figure out what questions they need to be asking themselves, together we're generally able to find the answers they need.
My approach to therapy is based on a deep respect for my clients, regardless of their past experiences or current life circumstances.
