About

My primary focus is clients with intense levels of depression, anxiety, and mood issues. I run an intensive outpatient group for individuals who were recently inpatient for suicidal thoughts or attempts, or people struggling and trying to improve their life before things become so bad that they need to go to a hospital. I also see clients individually for trauma therapy. I am a certified traumatic brain injury therapist, and have extensive experience working with individuals suffering from post-concussive issues.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and severe mood disorders. I am trained in trauma focused therapies, behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and DBT.
My intensive outpatient group is an excellent, effective way to learn healthy coping skills, and decrease suicidal thoughts and self harm.
