As a certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician and a certified Perinatal EMDR therapist, I specialize in prenatal and postnatal anxiety, depression, OCD, and birth trauma. I am passionate about a whole-person centered approach, using a combination of supportive therapies, including EMDR, FLASH, CBT, and Polyvagal grounding, all to meet your needs.
I provide a warm and compassionate space where all women can feel heard, supported, and understood. I will provide you with “life tools” that you will take with you and be able to apply beyond our sessions and in many parts of your life. We may laugh, cry, share stories, or just be in the moment, but you do not need to go on this journey alone.
