My specialties include trauma therapy by utilizing EMDR as well as other evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, Emotion Freedom Technique, Humanistic Therapy, Cognitions work, Strength Based Therapy, Mindfulness skills and Psychodynamic therapy. I also have 5 years of experience with harm reduction and Addiction therapy.
My practice has always been through the lens of a trauma informed care, which focuses on the values of trust, respect, resilience, collaboration, empowerment, and compassion to feel the connection and support in therapy.
