Have you ever been to a therapist and felt like you were being judged for your lifestyle? Ever felt like you could not discuss important parts of your life with a therapist because those things were not the "social norm?" I have too. As a therapist, I work hard to provide a safe space for my clients to discuss whatever they need, not just the things that are "socially appropriate." Everyone deserves a safe space to discuss the daily struggles we face, regardless of what those struggles are or how we got there. I believe in a person centered approach to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.

As a mental health professional, I am dedicated to supporting individuals living in alternative and marginalized spaces - ethical non-monogamy, power dynamics within relationships, LGBTQ+, paganism, BDSM, and addiction. I work with depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, and issues related to personal identity.

I have lived experience in alternative lifestyles. I have worked as a direct healthcare professional, case management with Medicaid waivers, foster parenting, legal guardianship, and entrepreneurship.
