I have over 15 years of experience as a family therapist and I have worked extensively with individuals and families to build healthy relationships and positive communication. I use an integrative approach that will help you explore emotional and cognitive health, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, spirituality, community and/or purpose.
My work as a therapist is about learning who you are and building the trust between us to help resolve thoughts, feelings or behaviors that are keeping you or a family member from feeling whole and well.
