Do you know your heart matters? It requires courage to explore your heart's history with another. And, it's natural to feel uncertain when searching for help with your concerns. Whether you are seeking a solution, or acceptance of something without a solution, psychotherapy offers a unique space for attention, acceptance, exploration, and growth. I am a licensed counselor, psychotherapist, and teacher who enjoys listening to the hearts of others. I love providing a safe, accepting, confidential space for clients to explore their life stories, share their pain, and learn to honor and interpret their heart's deepest desires.

I will work with you to discover how the past patterns & themes of your life may be contributing to your present difficulty. Together we will listen, feel, and interpret what your emotions are trying to tell you about what you need. What is impeding your ability to give & receive love? What pains are yet to be spoken and heard? Who really listens to you?

I have worked as a therapist since 2008 when I received a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I have specialized experience with grief/loss, abuse, trauma, eating disorders, relational issues, addiction, mood disorders, psychosis, and spiritual questions.
