I deeply believe that each person has an inherent desire for growth and healing. Clients bring their personal issues, communication needs, self awareness, healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, complicated grieving, and spiritual needs to counseling. I believe that clients want to improve the quality of their life through counseling.
My counseling practice provides a safe space for client's to explore their concerns, issues, hopes and fears. My practice includes a wholistic approach: emotional, physical, psycho-social, and spiritual aspects of the person. I utilize mindfulness practices and psych-education within my sessions.
