I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and comfortable environment that allows my clients to grow and heal at their own pace. We will work together to reach your goals through meaningful conversation, developing new skills, and practicing techniques that help to heal and reconnect you to your individual strengths.
I obtained my bachelor's degree in psychology and my master's degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Saint Joseph. My previous work has been with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I have also worked with couples and families experiencing struggles with communication, conflict resolution, and trust issues.
I provide a space that is kind, understanding, and allows each client to develop deeper meanings on their journey of life. I specialize in empowering adolescents, children, and adults facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My approach utilizes CBT, positive psychology, and solution focused therapy to provide a supportive and understanding environment.
