Mindful, holistic practices underscore our work. EMDR, Mindfulness, Somatics & CBT are used to help you develop effective strategies for living more freely and fully. I have twenty-plus years helping adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and addictive patterns. Personal recovery from alcohol/drugs (1983) & cancer taught me the importance of self-care.
