I work with individuals and couples to help resolve depression, anxiety, trauma, and patterns that perpetuate unfulfilling and unhealthy relationships. Abuse, neglect, bullying, attachment breaks, grief, and loss in childhood teaches us behaviors we tend to keep well into our adult life. However, these behaviors are maladaptive in normal settings. I will help you to recognize those behaviors and help you to discover and start using healthier ones that will serve you better today.
My approach is open and non-critical/non-judgmental. I use a Parts and Memory Therapy framework while incorporating interpersonal and psychodynamic techniques.
