I am a strength-based psychologist. My approach involves looking at what is right with you and building on that to help resolve your concerns. I also believe relationships are vital. As a result, couples counseling is often a rewarding part of my work.
A third party to assist with mutual understanding between the partners can often help realign a relationship that once felt entirely lost. My hope is clients discover how to live their best life or how to have the kind of relationships they desire. There is no cookie- cutter approach that fits for everyone.
