I have worked in the helping field for many years as a nurse and as a counselor. I have experience in grief therapy, behavioral modification, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, ADHD, anger management, mood disorders (depression, bipolar etc.) anxiety etc. I have worked with children, active duty military, Veterans, women and men.
