Hi! Thank you for visiting. Are you seeking to better understand yourself, your family/child, or your relationships? Maybe you have suffered from trauma or chronic anxiety and are seeking a path toward healing. I have a passion for working with my fellow humans who are seeking to better understand themselves, the origins of their difficulties, and who wish to find a path and actionable steps forward towards growth. With me, you can find support and resources including therapy and/or neuropsychological assessment for learning or social/emotional/behavioral challenges such as ADHD and autism.
I strive to offer a process that feels collaborative and empowering. I offer psychological assessment for school age through adulthood, as well as therapy tailored to the unique needs of you and/or your family. For those who feel stuck in their stories of anxiety, pain, depression, or trauma, I also offer EMDR as an avenue for healing.
I believe in creating a space where you feel truly seen and and where you can explore your story without fear of judgment. If you’re looking for someone who can provide guidance while honoring your unique journey, please don't hesitate to reach out for a quick consultation. I currently offer 50 or 75 minute therapy sessions, or 1-3 hour assessment sessions.
