I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 14 years of clinical experience working in diverse settings including the Department of Corrections, residential treatment programs, intensive outpatient behavioral health, addiction and trauma recovery services, and as a Military Family Life Counselor supporting military families.
I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, complicated grief, and personality disorders. I also support clients in building healthier relationships by developing strong boundaries and effective communication skills.
