Searching for a therapist is a vulnerable & intimate decision toward self-exploration & healing. Often, we don’t know what causes feelings of anxiety, sadness, anger, & disconnection from our life & our loved ones. My therapeutic style is grounded in creating an emotionally safe environment to decrease internal shame & explore life concerns & struggles while identifying strengths that will assist with creating sustained meaningful change. Each person’s experience is unique & includes nuances that deserve great emotional care, collaboration, & respectful difference to explore internal beliefs & strengthen understanding of the self.

My specialties include working with trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, & abuse (i.e., emotional, parental, religious, survivors of toxic relationships & Narcissism). I work with attachment injuries, perfectionism, codependency, self-esteem & eating/body image concerns. I work with identity exploration & boundary setting which strengthens centering in the authentic self.

I provide a warm & explorative environment grounded in process-based Gestalt Therapy to explore causes of shame, anxiety, low self-esteem & internal criticism stemming from abuse from multiple environments & experiences. My focus is collaborative & affirming with knowledge of systemic oppression, multi-generational abuse, LGBTQ+, & intersectionality.
