As a clinical social worker I've had the opportunity to work with folks who are in all stages of life. I work with individuals facing struggles with: depression, anxiety, family and interpersonal conflict, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and enhancing self-awareness. I prefer to provide one-on-one therapy rather than couples' work, and enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages. My current work leans upon on the theoretical frameworks of: cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), client-centered, and solution focused therapies.
I can assist you to develop healthy coping strategies through self-evaluation, skill building, self- acceptance and healing from abuse. Achieving a healthier approach to the way you think, make decisions, and relate to others can help clear a way to the path you want to take!
