My approach is insight-oriented, relational, and practical, helping clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult relational and existential questions, and create a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and emotionally sustainable.

My approach blends psychodynamic, attachment-focused, CBT, and trauma-informed therapy to create deeper, lasting change in how they relate, cope, and see themselves.
