I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience providing therapy to a wide variety of clients seeking support and clarity.
I offer a compassionate, yet direct and gently challenging approach. Fostering a supportive and accepting place for people to explore change is one of my professional strengths. While I provide traditional talk therapy, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an alternative way to address distressing and traumatic memories.
