I’m Theresa (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I work with young adults, adults, and older adults who are ready to make sense of what’s feeling heavy and create space for something more grounded and meaningful. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or one of life’s many changes that leave you questioning who you are or where you're headed, I bring a steady, thoughtful presence to session along with a compassionate and curious mind. My approach is reflective, collaborative, and gently challenging when needed.
You can expect therapy with me to include a combination of insight, skill-building, and space to slow down. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities: CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy. I’m also Gottman trained and incorporate mindfulness, behavioral activation, relapse prevention, and solution-focused strategies
It doesn’t require a perfect starting point, just willingness for change and exploration. We can begin our journey there without all the answers; all it takes is a little openness to start. I’ll walk alongside you as you reconnect with your voice, your values, and the life you want to build.
