I am so glad you are here! My passion is helping the stressed-out, self-doubting woman to feel confident in who she is and empowered to navigate through life without anxiety or fear. I also specialize in assisting married couples who are stuck, frustrated, or feeling hopeless to feel passionate in their marriages and in love with their spouse again! There is no broken person or family, and I want to come alongside you to journey back to a place of wholeness. Starting counseling can be nerve-wracking and reaching out is the hardest part! I want to encourage you that there is no better time to start than now.
I love to see the transformation of women to walk in their God-given worth and live from a place of peace instead of chaos and fear. I am trained in the Gottman method and will utilize that to work with couples to repair their marriages back to unity.
Healing takes determination, hard work, and patience-but the process is beautiful and healing is possible. My faith is a tremendous part of my own journey to healing, and I always love to incorporate that into sessions, if you are open.
