My work focuses on strengthening children, families, and adults in a collaborative and strength based approach. I have experience in treating children, teens, and adults with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and other behavioral and childhood disorders. I provide treatment, education and support for parents, as well as working with schools and other treatment providers on behalf of my clients. I work with those struggling with self esteem and social skills.

I have a person centered approach and enjoy helping others to find their strengths and supports, as well as strategies to manage some of life's challenges. I enjoy integrating mindfulness and cognitive behavior strategies into therapy, and I am trained as a Level II Practitioner in Gentle Reprocessing which can help with trauma and other stress responses.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, reactive, or unhappy with your life or your relationships, or if there are negative patterns that continue to leave you feeling stuck and frustrated, then we may be able to find solutions and strategies in our work together.
