It can be difficult to know if we are making the choices to live the life that we want for ourselves. Many people are questioning themselves and how they fit in the world. There's a point when we need to take inventory and review ourselves and our goals. Therapy can be a great tool to evaluate, recalculate and develop plans to reach your goals and the life that you want for yourself. I believe in meeting you where you are and starting your journey from there. I see my role as utilizing my experience and knowledge to help empower you as you make your way from where you are to where you want to be.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral strategies but also rely on a Humanistic perspective, Dialectical Behavior Therapy influences, Internal Family Systems perspectives and have been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I earned my Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Cleveland State University. I am currently scheduling only virtual appointments.
