I practice as a Clinical Social Worker with individual adults, couples or teens experiencing life stressors, communication and boundary issues, poor self-esteem and/or experiencing anxiety or depression due to these or many other factors.
I have always been passionate about making a difference in the lives people through supportive listening, identifying their strengths, identifying where their thoughts may be disordered and helping them reframe to a place of helpfulness.
