She is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association and the SC Association of Licensed Professional Counselors.
Mrs. Sloan has twenty years of counseling experience in the private practice setting working with individuals, couples, and families. She is well versed in the diagnosis and treatment of various psychiatric disorders, including substance abuse, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
Mrs. Sloan is currently the Lead Counselor at The Counseling Center of SayeBrook, a group private practice offering outpatient mental health counseling to children, adolescents and adults. CCS offers a multitude of treatment modalities and works collaboratively with medical professionals in order to provide clients with the best care possible.
