We all feel "stuck" in our life on occasion. Sometimes we move backward and other times we move in the direction of our best intentions. Forward is the direction we are inspired to go. It is my belief that we all hold the answers within but sometimes life challenges, trauma, depression, anxiety and loss, cause us to feel stuck. As a therapist, it is my intention to help you get unstuck and follow the path you know to be true for you.

I have twenty five years of experience working with clients that are experiencing relationship challenges, parent-child difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, body image issues, grief & loss, school related distress, addiction, PTSD, and mindfulness.
