For over 25 years I have been providing counseling to individuals, couples and families. I strive to establish good relationships with my clients through a warm and genuine interaction and thus create an environment where they feel comfortable to express their feelings openly. Once people feel safe enough to really share their struggles, worries or fears, then a solution can often be found. My strengths are working with teens, late adolescents, parents, families, couples (infidelity), adoptive parents(or those who wish to be), and individuals needing help with depression, anxiety or grief and loss.
I work together with my clients, focusing on their strengths, to develop creative solutions to their problems. By working together, using this "strength based" approach (tailored to each child, individual, couple, or family), my clients and I figure out new strategies, ideas and solutions that really work.
