I practice as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with an emphasis on mindfulness-based interventions. I am trained in and utilize techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance/Commitment therapy (ACT), and Trauma Focused CBT, and Behavior Modification. I am a Certified Retirement Coach.
