My role as a therapist is to create a safe environment where you can feel comfortable in those seasons of discomfort. It is within the therapeutic relationship that clients have the opportunity to process painful emotions, evaluate destructive patterns, and work towards overcoming the past and achieving the desired healing clients are seeking.
Our bodies tell us when something is out of alignment within us. Clients learn to listen to their own bodies, where emotional issues and past trauma often reside and help them discover the physical and mental benefits of learning how to manage anxiety, trauma and depression.
