What happens in therapy? You feel heard, safe. My specialties are helping people to accept themselves after life’s trauma, interpersonal relationship issues, dissociation, mood disorders, childhood trauma. Some things you’ve waited a long time to talk about. I use various talk & somatic psychotherapies. We tailor our therapies to your needs and preferences.
