In addition to individual therapy, I work with adults who are parenting children with anxiety or OCD, focusing on how parental stress, accommodation patterns, and emotional responses can impact both the parent’s well-being and the child’s symptoms.

Restore balance to family routines and relationships. This parent-focused work is most effective when parents feel supported, grounded, and emotionally regulated
Consultative services for adults where biological or medical factors may be contributing to or complicating psychiatric symptoms—for themselves or their children.This may include PANS/PANDAS, post-infectious symptom onset, inflammation-related behavioral changes, or sudden shifts in anxiety, mood, or functioning that warrant a broader clinical lens.
My approach is integrative and developmentally informed, incorporating:

Parent-focused and family-systems interventions
Mindfulness-based strategies
Strengths-based and solution-focused therapy
